  Cost Does Not Include:
  1.       Item of personal nature viz, tips, laundry, room service, telephone, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, room heaters, boat rides, pony / horse rides, safaris, rafting, skiing, skating, cable car / ropeway rides, helicopter rides, additional sightseeing tours excursions not included in the itinerary, still or video camera fees etc.
  2.       Any kind of insurance, Air, Train or Bus fare from / to your originating city of stay, unless specified.
  3.       Lunch and personal expenses like entry ticket any, telephone laundry, or anything which is not mentioned above.
  4.   Any Tax & Government Service tax (5%)
  5.   Any Kind of Personal Expenses or Optional Tours / Extra Meals Ordered.
  6.   Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Prices included”. The services of vehicle are not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary.
  7.   Additional costs due to flight cancellation, road blocks etc.
  8.   Medical & Travel insurance

Important Points

1.       No Cars are allowed to move inside the Gulmarg area, due to the issue of horse owner’s association.

2.       We are not responsible for any local dealing of clients with Local market vendors or pony wala’s or Local guide in Gulmarg.

3.       Shikara ride is for a 01 hour ride as per package, if it is included in the package.

4.       Advise your client to follow proper itinerary & if there is any miscommunication or you want any change in itinerary or you want any information : Kindly contact the concerned person whom you are dealing with in our office. As, we will not consider any complaint regarding the driver that they gave wrong information or something. So, it is better to call us or mail us and we will give you proper information about places or activities.

5.       If it is about disposal, the car will be on disposal from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm with 1 place sightseeing a day.

6.       If there is a night stay in Gulmarg then the car will drop the client at Hotel and if there is a day trip the car will drop the client at the parking.

7. Mineral water is chargeable in houseboat.

8. For Sonamarg visit during heavy snowfall vehicles go till Gagangir which is 10km's. away from sonamarg. If there is night stay in that case we will provide a stay in srinagar and a day visit to Sonamarg.  As, the majority of hotels in Sonamarg close their operations after October.

• Kindly Note : Clients/Guests have to make direct payment for the below sightseeing points.
• In Pahalgam : Horse Riding, Chandanwari ,Betaab Valley, Aru Valley and Baisaran Valley
• In Gulmarg: Horse Riding, Gondola Ride, Zorbing, or any other sports activity.
• In Sonamarg: Thajiwas Glacier, Horse Riding & Zero Point.

The above price is based on a minimum of two persons travelling together.

The pricing listed above does not apply to travel during blackout periods, trade show periods, or special events.

There are no refunds for any services that are not used.

It is recommended that all clients purchase travel insurance for the duration of their vacation. Please check with our travel specialist for specifics. (This does not apply to individual travellers).

If the date of travel, the number of participants, the type of lodging, the mode of transportation, or the length of the trip vary, the quote will be updated.

Unless pre-booked and pre-paid in advance, requests for early hotel check-in or late check-out are at the hotel's discretion.

Peak Season Surcharge – If applicable, as well as any costs incurred as a result of natural disasters such as landslides, road closures, political unrest (strikes), and so on (to be borne by the client and paid directly on the spot).

We have the right to change, revise, vary, or cancel any advertised departure or excursion. We will occasionally change the itinerary for the benefit of our passengers. All services, however, will remain unchanged.

There are no reimbursements for any services not used on your tours, such as meals or sightseeing.
