 Meals- as mentioned above- daily breakfast at hotel, 4 local Lunches & 2 Indian Lunches and 8 Dinners at Indian restaurants, and 3 local dinners.

 1 Piece of check in luggage and hand bag is allowed in internal flights.

 One English-speaking guide for 10 hours of service each day along with private coach –for 10hrs usage.

 Telugu Tour Manager services from Dott Holidays (if group size is 20 adults or above)

Exclusions

 Any item/ service not mentioned in the service inclusions column

 5% GST on total billing & 5 % TCS on total billing. (if tour cost exceeds more than or equals to 7lakhs per person, 20% TCS will be applicable)

 Additional cost that will be incurred for transfers other than specified in the inclusions.

Important Points

 The above price is based on a minimum of 20 adults travelling together. If group size is below 20 pax, we will operate this tour on FIT basis with SIC transfers and without lunches and Dinners and Telugu Tour manager. We will also provide flights from Chennai and Bangalore or other Hubs up on request, and any additional fares incurred while compared to fare from Hyderabad will be borne by client only.

 The above price is not valid for travel during the black-out period, trade fair period, and special events.

 There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.

 All clients should have overseas travel insurance for the entire travel duration of your holiday. Please check the details with our travel consultant.

 Should the period of travel, the number of participants, the type of accommodation, the type of transport, or the duration of the trip, change the quote will be revised accordingly.

 Request for early hotel check-in or late check-out is to the discretion of the hotel unless pre-booked and pre-paid in advance.
