The pilgrimage is dedicated to Lord Shiva, one of the principal deities in Hinduism. The cave is believed to be the place where Lord Shiva revealed the secrets of immortality and eternity to his wife, Goddess Parvati. Inside the cave, there is a naturally formed ice stalagmite that represents Lord Shiva, and it is considered sacred by the devotees.
The journey typically begins in the month of July and lasts for about a month. Pilgrims start from the base camp at Baltal or Pahalgam and trek through challenging terrains to reach the Amarnath Cave. The trek can be physically demanding, and the weather conditions in the region can be harsh. However, thousands of devotees undertake this arduous journey each year, driven by their faith and devotion.

1. Palki or horse ride is not included in Panjtarni.

1. Due to bad weather or technical reason if the schedule flight is cancelled /delay, Sonamarg /
Srinagar hotel houseboat will consider No-Show for that day
2. without any refund {In case client is not able to reach at their pre booked hotel/destination}.
Next day’s accommodation has to be taken care by the guest directly.
3. Transportation would be charged Rs. 2500 - 4000 extra per day.

of accommodation and any type of meals.

Arrive in Srinagar and transfer to the hotel. Spend the day at leisure on boulevard road. Enjoy 1 hr. Shikara ride I Famous Dal lake Overnight stay in Hotel.
After early breakfast drive to Neelgrath Helipad. Neelgrath - Panchtarni –Neelgrath helicopter ride. The Helicopter starts operating at 06.00 Hrs (Weather Permitting). Panjtarni is approx 6Kms from Holy Cave; you can go there by Foot or can hire Palki/Pony at your own cost. After darshan return back to Panjtarni to board helicopter to Neelgrath. Return back to Srinagar. On arrival check in your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Sonmarg Hotel.

After breakfast drive to Srinagar & enjoy the sight scene of Sankara Charya Temple, the famous Mughal Gardens Cheshma Shahi “Royal Spring”, Shalimar “Garden of Love”, Nishat Garden “Garden of Pleasure” *Overnight stay at Srinagar.
After breakfast, enjoy morning in Srinagar and get ready for transfer to airport/ Railway Station to Board your scheduled flight for onward destination.
