 Any high season surcharge that may be imposed by the hotel in three countries;

 Porterage at hotels, airports and seaports, tips, laundry, wines,mineral water,telephone charges and all items of personal nature and also food drinks not forming part of the group menus.

Important Points

 The tour will operate on achievement of a minimum operating strength of 20 adults travelling together

 No booking has been made as of now; hence all services are subject to availability upon confirmation.

 With any increase or decrease in the passenger count, the quotation will be changed.

 With any change in the dates, the quotation will be changed.

 When the group is travelling on a SeatinCoach Basis(SIC),then all transfers and sightseeing are done on sharing basis with other passengers without Guide. No services on a Private basis.

 Any increase in airfare/taxesrouting charged by airlines onyour ticket.

 Any increase in visa fees.

 Baggage allowance asper Airlines policy andbaggage allowance of 1piece in case of included internal flights if any.

 Minimum connecting time between international flights should be 3 and half hours prior to departure.

 In a room there can be maximum of 3 adults. However, rooms are subjectto availability. 

 The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in the schedules of airplanes or any other services.

 Refundable Deposit Payment/ Credit CardGuaranteed need to provide at hotel. This depositis not included in Tour Cost.

 Ondas when certain attractions, sights,monuments, museums,etc. are closed,the Tour Manager OR Local English-speaking guide reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.

 For convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, the inclusions remain unchanged.

 Indianlunches anddinners andlocal meals are Pre-Set&a-la carte is not possible.

 There are norefundsforany unutilized services ontour.

 Any damage caused tohotel rooms/coachduring yourstay,shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
