[NonRefundable] • Duly signed terms & conditions ofthe package and booking. Tour cost, taxes & rate of exchange • All prices aremade up oftwo components – Indian Rupees and the currency ofthe country travelling to. However, the cost must be paid in Indian rupees only. The foreign exchange component will be converted into Indian rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange of the respective currency as on the date you make the final payment. • The initial deposits&payments will be considered towardsthe Indian rupee component only. • Additionally, a 5% GST & 5% TCS (Government Service Tax) is applicable on the entire tour cost unless specified in the inclusions. This GST & TCS percentage in as on date and any governmental changesto the same will be applicable to the tour cost. Validity ofthe rates/ airfare /taxes • Allrates are subject to change without any prior notice. • Cost of the tour is based on the current airfare and taxes as on the date of quotation. Any increase in airfare or taxes due to fluctuation in foreign exchange, governmental taxes, fuel surcharge etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passenger and paid before or after booking of the tour and complete payment to be made definitely before the tour departure. Visas(Fromour brochure as well asfromthe Europe terms&conditions) • Please note that the issuance or refusal of visas is at the sole discretion of the Embassy / Consulate andwe, the agent, is neitherinvolved in the process nor liable orresponsible in any manner whatsoever. The Embassy / Consulate also reserve the right to ask for further documentation / personal interviews or reject the visa application. We, asthe agent can only give guidance andcharge forthe guidance. • The applicant clearly acceptsthat DOTTHOLIDAYS PVT LTD is not responsible for any delay inthe processing or granting orrejection ofthe visa by the Embassy / Consulate. • Visa fees are subjectto change anytime and areNon-refundable. • All visas must beprocessed atleast 90 days priorto your departure date. Youmustsubmit all visa documents as perrequirement at a minimum90 days priorto yourtravel. However, submission of documents on time does not guarantee visas or on-time availability of visas. • Allthe visa documents need to be sent atleast before 90 days oftravel (orstipulated period) and in case of non-compliance of visa documents or late documentation, passengers are liable to pay the cancellation charges. • Passengers confirming the tour within 45 days of travel date may face cancellation or change of departure date due to inadequate time for obtaining visas and high charges may be applicable for the same. However, DOTT cannot be held responsible in case of any delay, rejection or non-issuance of visasfrom the Consulate and passengers are liable to pay all the additional charges occurred due to the same. • Obtaining and granting appointments and visas on the date is solely at the discretion of Embassy / Consulate. We act only as a facilitator for obtaining visas. The Consulate may ask you or your entire family to appear personally for interview or biometrics. Any cost incurred forthis must be paid by the passengers only. • For any rejection or non-issuance of the visas, Passengers are liable to pay as per the Cancellation Policy stated above and DOTT under any circumstances will not be held responsible or liable for any cancellations. • If you are unable to travel on the tour you have booked due to any error on the part of Embassy / Consulate or incorrect visas or delayed visas, you shall have an option to travel on future tour date or change in your individual bookings. Amendment and cancellation charges as applicable and are to be borne by the passenger only. • Your travel cost for any arrangements for travelling to Hyd / Chennai / Kochi / Bangalore /Delhi / Bombay or any other city for personal interview or submission is to be borne by thepassenger/s only. Cancellation charges in case of visa rejection the applicable visa charges along with charges incurred forthe visa attempt as well as 5% GST and the charges incurred for the related servicesin the country for which visa refused. [Kindly refer to our Payment Policy]. Cancellations and / or amendments by passenger All cancellations / amendments must be received in writing to us either by email or in written form and has to be followed up by a phone call during working hours from the concerned traveler. Once received, we shall action the same in 24 to 48 Hours. • Amendments made after booking the tour will be treated as a new booking and will be strictly subject to availability and rates prevalent at the time of changes requested. If the same is made within cancellation period, the applicable cancellation charges will apply. Also, it is a mandatory to put such requests in writing and get a written confirmation from us. For any amendment, the company reserves right to charge Rs.5000/-per transaction on and above any additional cost /amendment charges applicable. • If you wish to deviate your tour from the group or return to India, the same is permitted. Youwill have to pay Rs.5,000/- per deviation plus difference of airfare / taxes as per availability on the date you wish to travel on and no refund will be applicable • on the unused services. Pre-tour deviations are not possible in group airfare. If you wish todepart prior to the group departure date, then you are required to pay the difference of individual airfare and group fare. • Any request to change the tour date will be treated as cancellation of the last tour and will be considered as a fresh booking on the new tour. Cancellation charges will apply as stated above on the cancelled tour. New tour may have different pricing even though the itinerarymay remain the same and passengers are liable to pay the new tour charges as well as cancellation charges if booked on any previoustour. • Please note that DOTT will be not liable to pay any cancellation charges / compensation / expenditure if you unable to join the tour due to any illness, court orders, non-issuance oftravel documents or visas. All such expenditure has to be borne by the passengers only. Minimum Participation / Tour cancellation • Operations of group tour are subject to minimum participation of 30 adult paying passengers. • DOTT reserves the right to decide on the maximum number of passengers for a tour and passengers will have no say on the same. • Tours specified in the brochure / itinerary is subject to minimum number of participants. Groups that are below the prescribed minimum or cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may be cancelled / rescheduled without assigning any reason. The company reserves the right to amend, amalgamate, alter, vary or cancel a tour without incurring the liability to pay any compensation. • Under such circumstances of the tour cancellation, the amount paid by you will be refunded forthwith after deducting the actual Expenses incurred like airline tickets, visas, travel insurance and accommodation charges if any, and no compensation whatsoever is payable. All refunds shall be given in Indian Rupees and through cheque or bank transfers only. • If the company decides to operate the tour with participation less than the minimum stipulated or if the participants are required to travel as “individual travelers”, the company reservesright to collect additional amount if any. Personstravelling asindividual travelers in such cases will not be provided certain servicesincluding that of tour manager and the client may travel in the same itinerary with some amendments such as coach, airport transfers, which are at fixed times etc..

Arrive Into Copenhagen • Visit Tivoli Gardens [D]

Welcome to Copenhagen and on the first day of your Scandinavian Delights Tour. Your Dott Holiday's representative greets you at the ‘meeting point’ at the exit after immigration and customs and transfers you comfortably to your hotel (check-in after 1400hrs). Visit Tivoli Gardens located in the heart of the city. Enjoy various amusement rides, flower belts and twinkling lights. Copenhagen is full of bakeries and patisseries. While on tour, enjoy a typical Danish cake based on whipped cream made by a baker serving the Royal Family with a cup of coffee.

Onto Oslo • Guided highlight city tour of Copenhagen. Visit Rosenborg Castle • Overnight Cruise to Oslo [B/L/D]

Your guided highlight city tour of Copenhagen begins with a visit to Rosenborg Castle. The Rosenborg Castle Garden is the country’s oldest royal garden and was embellished in the Renaissance style by Christian IV in the 16th century. Continue your city tour driving past the Renaissance Stock Exchange, Danish Parliament and the famous statue of the Little Mermaid. This statue was unveiled at Langelinje in 1913, as part of a general trend in Copenhagen in those days, selecting classical and historical figures to be used as decorations in the city’s parks and public areas, followed by a view of the Christiansborg Palace, the seat of the Danish Parliament, the Danish Prime Minister’s Office and the Danish Supreme Court. In the evening, board your overnight cruise to Oslo and enjoy a continental dinner.

Oslo • Guided city tour • Kon-Tiki Museum • Viking Ship Museum • Ice Bar [B/L/D]

Upon arrival into Oslo, embark on a guided highlights tour. Visit the world famous Vigeland Sculpture Park - the focus point of this park is the monolith that represents all of humanity which stands in the middle of the park and is carved from one single granite block. It is 17.3 meters high and all 121 human figures are carved from one piece of stone, depicting the cycle of life. Next, view the Holmenkollen Ski Jump, 14th Century Akershus Castle, the Broadcasting House. Continue with a visit to the Kon-Tiki Museum, which houses original boats and exhibits from Thor Heyerdahl’s world famous expeditions. The museum is home to permanent exhibitions about: Ra, Tigris, Fatu-Hiva, Kon-Tiki. Then, visit the Viking Ship Museum where main attractions are the Oseberg ship, Gokstad ship and Tune ship. Additionally, the Viking Age display includes sledges, beds, a horse cart, wood carving, tent components, buckets and other grave goods. Many fully or nearly fully intact Viking ships are on display. Its most famous ship is the completely whole Oseberg ship. Next, enjoy a drink in Ice Bar. Everything except the liquids in the drinks is made of ice, and the temperature is kept at a constant 23 degrees Fahrenheit.

Onto Kinsarvik • Photostop at Voringfoss waterfall [B,L,D]

This morning, drive via Hønefoss along the charming Halling Valley to the tourist resort town of Geilo. Cross the wild Hardanger Mountain Plateau to Fossli, stopping to view the thundering Vøringsfoss Waterfall, the highest in Norway. Descend the amazing Måbødal Canyon to the idyllic Hardanger Fjord. Cross the fjord on the newly opened bridge Hardanger Bridge and drive along the fjord to the picturesque village of Kinsarvik. Enjoy a local dinner tonight.

Today, drive via the beautiful Hardanger Fjord, famous for its many fruit orchards to Bergen. Enroute enjoy a photostop at Hardanger bridge. On arrival, embark on a guided highlight city tour. Visit the popular Fish and Flower Market, the famous Bryggen Harbour and the old Hanseatic Quarter. Ride the funicular to Mt. Fløien, for sweeping views of the city and fjords below. Check into your hotel after dinner.

Onto Fagernes/Gjovik/Hammar • Norway In A Nutshell • Borgund Stave Church [B/L/D]

Today, get ready to travel on one of Norway’s most spectacular trips ‘Norway In A Nutshell’, a combination of train rides and impressive trips by boat and bus. Early in the morning enjoy a bus trip to Voss to embark on a scenic train ride to Myrdal. From Myrdal, embark on a train journey to Flåm, a masterpiece of engineering set in wild and wonderful scenery. Feast your eyes on the ever-changing panorama of huge mountains and thundering waterfalls as the train glides through tunnels and open stretches on its way down to wild Flam valley. Wander around the idyllic countryside of Flåm, before embarking on an enchanting boat ride through the spectacular fjords to Gudvangen. Upon arrival in Gudvangen board your coach as you travel through the impressive Norwegian landscape to Fagernes/Gjovik/Hammar. En route, stop at the stave church of Borgund. Check into your hotel after dinner.

Onto Karlstad • Visit Lillehammar [B/L/D]

This morning, enjoy the amazing views of the popular tourist town of Lillehammar. The journey continues alongside Lake Mjøsa, the largest lake in Norway. Karlstad is situated between the cities of Stockholm and Oslo. Lying on the northern shores of Lake Vanern, this town is bisected by the Klaralven River and provides visitors with an opportunity to completely soak in its splendid beauty. Stockholm • Guided Tour of Drottningholm Palace • Skansen Open Air Museum [B/L/D]

This morning, start your journey through a landscape of forests and lakes to reach the Swedish capital, Stockholm. On arrival, explore the World Heritage site of Drottningholm Palace with a local Guide. A former royal summer residence, today is the home of the Royal family. It is Sweden’s best preserved royal palace constructed in the seventeenth century. Next is visit to Skansen Open Air Museum. This is the world’s first open-air museum. See a miniature historical Sweden reflected in the 5 centuries of Swedish history depicted by the people dressed in traditional costumes as well as their dwellings. Also see both domestic and wild Nordic animals like bears, wolves and lynx. Check into your hotel after dinner.

Helsinki • Guided Tour of Stockholm • Visit Vasa Museum • Overnight Cruise [B/L/D]

Today, proceed on a guided highlight city tour, including the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, and the Royal Theater. Visit the enchanting Old Town (Gamla Stan) with its narrow cobblestone streets and numerous antique shops. The highlight of the tour is a visit to City Hall with its famous Blue and Golden Halls, where the Nobel Prize banquet is held and the famous Vasa Museum , the museum which displays the only almost fully intact 17th century ship that has ever been salvaged. Transfer to the pier in the afternoon to board your overnight cruise to Helsinki. Enjoy dinner onboard with your choice of entertainment, bars, shops or casino.

Upon arrival into Helsinki, embark on a guided highlight city tour of Helsinki which includes modern Finlandia Hall, the leading congress, event and entertainment venue in Finland; Sibelius Monument – dedicated to the Finnish Composer, Jean Sibelius, consisting of a series of more than 600 hollow steel pipes welded together in a wave-like pattern; Helsinki Cathedral - the impressive greendomed Lutheran Cathedral which dominates Senate Square and the Helsinki skyline; the unique Rock Church - a thrilling work of modern architecture, built entirely underground with a ceiling made of copper wire; and the Market Square bustling with activities with vendors selling fresh food and souvenirs.
