• Any high-season surcharge that may be imposed by the hotel in Dubai

• Porterage at hotels, airports, and seaports; tips; laundry; wines; mineral water; telephone charges; and all items of personal nature; and also food drinks not forming part of the group menus.

• Early check-in, late check-out, and arrival day breakfast.

• Any item personal in nature

• TCS 5% extra on total billing

Important Points

• Tour will operate on the minimum operating strength of 30 adults travelling together

• No booking has been made as of now, hence all services are subject to availability upon confirmation.

• With any increase or decrease in the passenger count, the quotation will change.

• With any change in the dates, the quotation will change.

• When the group is travelling on Seat in Coach Basis (SIC), then all transfer and sightseeing on sharing basis with other passengers without Guide. No services on Private basis.

• Any increase in airfare / taxes routing charged by airlines on your ticket.

• Any increase in visa fees.

• Baggage allowance as per Airlines policy and baggage allowance of 1 piece in case of included internal flights if any.

• Minimum connecting time between international Flights should be 3 and half hours prior to departure.

• In a room there can be maximum of 3 adults. However triple rooms are subject to availability.

• The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of airplane or any other services.

• Refundable Deposit Payment / Credit Card Guaranteed need to provide at Hotel. This deposit is not included in Tour Cost.

• On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager OR Local English speaking guide reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.

• For convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However the inclusions remain unchanged.

• Indian lunches and dinners and local meals are Pre Set & a-la carte is not possible.

• There are no refunds for any unutilized services on tour.

• Any damage caused to hotel rooms/coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned passengers.

• Triple rooms are subject to availability.

• Terms & conditions of DOTT HOLIDAYS will be applicable

• All payment can be made strictly by cheque / Demand Draft / Direct bank transfer in favor of DOTT HOLIDAY PVT LIMITED.
